Square Enix has confirmed that worldwide sales of the Final Fantasy X series, which includes Final Fantasy X and Final Fantasy X-2, have exceeded 20.8 million units as of September 2021. In October 2013, Square Enix announced that the series had sold more than 14 million copies.
FINAL FANTASY X/X-2 HD Remaster delivers a richer and more intense visual FINAL FANTASY experience with characters, monsters, and media graphics crafted in much greater detail.
Other new features of the HD collection include improved graphics, a full save function between the PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Vita versions, and the ability to switch between the original and remastered music in FINAL FANTASY X.
