German PCGames.de posted a gameplay video of about 10 minutes from the pre-review version of the game.
I would say it looks more neat than the first game, but what are the pros and cons, the extent to which the errors in the first game are fixed, we will only know when the game comes out.
ELEX II will be released for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One and Xbox Series, and the release date is not yet set.
