Greedfall’s developer Spiders announced their new game Steelrising last year. The first gameplay video for last night’s Nacon Connect also came to light:
Steelrising is an action RYO-style production. It takes place in 18th-century Paris, at a time that corresponds to the French Revolution. But of course there’s an alternative flow of history. Steampunk is in a universe, king 14. We’re going to ignite the revolution against Louis’ army of robots. Our hero Aegis, himself a vending machine/robot, will challenge the king’s army using his superpowers and all kinds of equipment.
Steelrising has a world of interest. If they can perform well in storytelling and gameplay, it could make its name among the best games of the year. We’ll see if that happens in about a year. Steelrising; In June 2022, it will debut for PC, PS5 and Xbox Series.
