The DC Cinematic Universe is set to rise again after major disappointments. The Flash was chosen both as an exit film and as a reboot of the universe. In the film where we will watch the Flashpoint story, we will see a large number of DC characters besides Flash. One of them is Supergirl, sasha calle;
Superman had a very separate role in the comic book flashpoint story, henry cavill probably won’t be in the movie, so Supergirl will fill the Krypton-based void of flash. There’s another great detail in the costume Sasha was wearing. In 2014, Tom Taylor created the new Supergirl Lara Lane Kent(2014). It would be a really nice detail to see the Clark/Lois couple’s daughter in the film after learning that Lois Lane is the “key” throughout the DCEU.
We don’t know which Supergirl Sasha Calle is playing. Lara may be the best hope for “evil Superman” in an alternate universe. In fact, after Flash restarts everything possible, we can see itself taking part in the original DCEU. Or the DC/WB partnership went down that road just because it liked the costume. We will find the answers to these questions with The Flash, which will be released ;d November 4, 2022.
