Gord, the new game of former CD Projekt Red employees, has been announced. Just like its previous studios, stan just heads the team that has established a studio called Covenant in central Poland. Stan Just, the dry and CEO of the new studio, previously worked actively on two expansion packs and 16 DLC content of the game, along with The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt under the umbrella of CD Projekt Red.
In this new game called Gord, which was announced, it was started in partnership with 11 Bit Studios. 11 Bit Studios, which is behind some very successful games such as This War of Mine and Frostpunk, is also a publishing company. The studio previously distributed games such as Moonlighter and Children of Morta.

Back to gord, which is the main topic of the news, we are again encountering a game that is influenced by mythology and is said to be in the dark fantasy genre. Strategy dynamics will also be important in the game, which will carry traces of Slavic mythology and offer a one-man adventure. In the game, it is stated that we will have to lead a people called the Dawn Tribe and we will embark on a great adventure in the forbidden lands.
The importance of survival and the struggle with different creatures were also pointed out in the game, which will include the dynamics of city building. It is also reported that under these conditions our people will be constantly at risk due to hostile tribes, terrible monsters and mysterious forces lurking in the surrounding forest, so we will have to transform from a modest settlement into a great fortress. So we can say that the team has combined both adventure and urban building dynamics. We will also have to fight hunger and disease, and the magic system will be included in the game.
