Publisher Square Enix and developer Luminous Productions have postponed the open-world action role-playing game Forspoken from its previously scheduled Oct. 11 release date to Jan. 24, 2023. The game will debut for PC via PlayStation 5 and Steam, the Epic Games Store, and the Microsoft Store.
Here’s what he had to say about the postponement from Luminous Productions:
“As a result of ongoing discussions with key partners, we have made the critical decision to postpone Forspoken’s release date to January 24, 2023. All game content is complete and we are currently focused on bugs and fixes.

Forspoke tells the journey of Frey, a young man from New York who is taken to the beautiful and cruel land of Athia. Looking for ways to return home, Frey must traverse vast territories and fight gigantic monsters with his newly acquired magical powers.
