Forza Horizon 5 is literally blowing like a storm. The game, which reached 4.5 million players on the day of its release, managed to break the 10 million threshold in its first week, with 1 million players playing with early access (hence the conclusion that so many players had pre-ordered for the Premium Edition) before it debuted.
Forza Horizon 5 has managed to become the best performing game in Xbox history and the first week of Xbox Game Pass with over 10 million players, forza Horizon Twitter account announced.
The previous game in the series, FH 4, was also a much-loved and popular game. But compared to their performance in the first week, FH5 has managed to reach five times as many players as the previous game. FH4 also made game pass, reaching 2 million players in its first week.
I think the players will agree, it’s a game that deserves a lot of success. This confirms that Microsoft has been offering the game in Game Pass from day one, and therefore people can play it at no extra cost, but it’s a very good sales performance.
