As of today, KONAMI has announced the schedule for the eFootball™ Championship 2022 and the participating clubs. The competition consists of two different tournaments, eFootball™ Championship Pro and eFootball™ Championship Open.
eFootball™ Championship Pro
eFootball™ Championship Pro pits the professional esports teams of Europe’s eight top clubs against each other in a three-week match. The clubs competing in this year’s tournament will be FC Barcelona, Manchester United, FC Bayern München, Arsenal, Celtic FC, AS Monaco, AS Roma and Galatasaray.
The details of the program are as follows:
– Saturday, June 4: Draw
– Saturday & Sunday, June 11 – June 12 – Group Stage 1 & 2
– Saturday & Sunday, June 18 – 19: Group Stage 3 & 4
– Saturday, June 25: Quarter-finals & Semi-finals
– Sunday, June 26: Third Place Match & Final

KONAMI will broadcast the tournament live on its eFootball™ social media channels, during which live streamers will also receive a campaign where those who watch the matches live will be able to earn in-game gifts as they enter the game.
eFootball™ Championship Pro will also host a series of campaigns run by the participating clubs, where fans can earn club rewards as the match results come in.

eFootball™ Championship Open
The eFootball Championship Open is a public competition where eFootball™™ 2022 users from around the world can enter and compete across a range of platforms, including PlayStation®5, PlayStation®4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox ONE, and Steam®.
This year, participants in the World Finals of the eFootball™ Championship Open will also be able to compete on mobile via both iOS and Android devices!
