CD Projekt announced that the game return rate at digital game store GOG is 1.39%.
GOG updated its return system in February 2020, and this value has been covered ever since.
You can return a game you purchased through GOG within 30 days and get all your money back. Even if you have downloaded, started and played the game, the refund request is accepted.
CD Projekt is aware that this return system can be easily abused and asks players not to abuse it.
When you buy a game on Steam, it’s possible to return it if you haven’t played for more than two hours in 14 days. According to GameDiscoverCo data, the return rate of a publisher’s games on Steam is about 5-8%.
