Their quest plunges an entire kingdom into chaos, and this event turns into a much bigger story. Clarissa encounters a number of different characters during his journey, and as the game progresses, a dialogue-heavy plot emerges.

The game comes across in a simple way, and RPG fans can easily learn this game. The game includes story sections, travel and battle system. In the game, you progress through a 2D world map with small dots that represent both towns and battlefields. You can enter towns to talk to villagers, buy supplies, and hire Drifters to work for you (only those that are on the list of options – towns are not displayed at all).

Everything in XF, just like in Final Fantasy Tactics, the characters are lined up on a hexagonal shape, and that’s where the turn-based game system comes in. Once you’ve placed your party on the 3D map, you can move each character in turn and give them commands.

As the name suggests, in turn-based games, everything happens in order. This process of commanding and placing them on the map is repeated until certain goals are achieved (or you lose). The battlefield can feature spells, close-range vehicles, and immortals.
