MiHoYo, the producer of Genshin Impact, has received some news that will delight fans. Noting that many fan-generated content will not be involved in the sale, the developer made minor updates to the sales guide, which he called the “Overseas Fan-Made Merchandising Guide”.
For example, content such as keychains, fan drawings and novels will be available for sale. But miHoYo says that figure should not exceed 500 for single groups and 200 for groups with multiple people. In addition, all products have to comply with the rules of the countries in which they are produced.
But you’ll need permission from miHoYo for all custom-made productions, such as figures, toys or plush ones. It also guarantees that these applications will be reviewed shortly.
