Konami Digital Entertainment B.V. announced today that it has received the second major update to GetsuFumaDen: Undying Moon, a far eastern-themed, 2D roguevania-style action game that was recently made available early. This update includes a new region added to the game: Subspace Citadel. An old castle designed to keep unwanted guests away with its many tricks and traps, Subspace Citadel is embarking on new adventures for GetsuFumaDen players.
With this new level, a new endgame monster is also coming; Daidarabotchi, who intimidates players with his larger body than a mountain, will be the last encounter inside the ancient castle. New enemies Tenaga-Ashinaga and Shishi Gashira will also appear in Subspace Citadel.
Another big change in this update is the newly added Hall of Treasures. In the Hall of Treasures, accessible through the Getsu Clan Mansion, players will be able to browse the Battle Record, which provides more information about enemies they’ve defeated before.
