Sony is preparing to adapt its PlayStation gaming brands to the new, old screen. Ghost of Tsushima, a relatively new game brand, will also appear as a feature film, following the Uncharted film and the series Last of Us, which is still being prepared. Johhn Wick;creator Chad Stahelski; Takashi Doscher, who previously wrote and directed The Only, will adapt this adventure of valiant samurai to the screen.
In Sucker Punch;’s latest favorite, Ghost of Tsushima; we saw mongolian-infested Feudal Japan in stunning detail. It was a beautiful adventure for our main character, Jin, to deviate from the Samurai path from time to time and become the Ghost of Tsushima. The play, which also felt the effects of Akira Kurosava, the great master of Japanese cinema, also had a wonderful game filter in memory of Kurosava. I hope that bringing this story to the screen will be as much fun as the game. The film, which is being prepared, does not yet have an official release date.
