Publisher Untold Tales and developer Demagog Studio have announced Golf Club: Wasteland, a game in which humanity is destroyed and the Earth is now a golf course for the ultra-rich. It will be released for PC and PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Switch via Steam and epic games store in August.
The story of the game
Rich people who have fled to Mars are returning to the devastated Earth to play some golf. Every golf course in this wilderness offers puzzles that need to be solved to get the ball into the hole with a little story and perfect stroke. Play golf in ruined monuments, shopping malls and abandoned museums as neon signs and influential graffiti slam current events, Silicon Valley culture and humanity.
With three different game modes, each golfer can find something to suit their taste. Players looking for a quiet experience can play golf in Story Mode, enjoying the story and relaxing scenery.
Competitive players can finish chapters in Difficult Mode with a limited number of hits using their skills and solving puzzles. Professionals can play Iron Mode, which is hardly a margin of error. The game has easy-to-grasp controls and a simple user interface. Everyone can take over the game and play at any pace.
