Gran Turismo 7 has been criticized for its micropayments and changes that came with the latest update. Gamers also saw fit to respond to this table imposed on them.
The latest update reduced the amount of in-game money generated from some races. This wasn’t very pleasant for players trying to play without getting involved in micropayments. So they came up with a formula to overcome the problem. Remote Play is used for this.
Remote Play is an app that provides remote access to PlayStation. You can install it on your computer and play your games through this app. Gt7 also enters the game with Remote Play to save in-game money, and the script ensures that the game completes the races on its own. This allows players to accumulate millions of credits without putting their hands on one 🙂
One player who uses scripts in this way claims to be able to accumulate 15 million credits per day – which exceeds $1,500 when you try to buy so many credits with micropayments.
Sony will surely take a step forward with this statement. But they are the primary culprits in facing such a picture; In a sense, they forced players to use such backdoor methods. Hopefully, Sony and Polyphony officials will put the hat in front of them and think “did we do something wrong/ are we doing it?”. Despite the players, the results of the work done and the decisions taken are generally not very positive; I think it’s worth considering. I hope that in the coming period they will take steps to restore the hearts of the player community, and this unpleasant agenda will be behind us.
