Silent Hill, as you know, has turned into a snake story. Although serious rumors about the game arise from time to time, from time to time we can also encounter rumors that arise from the expectations of the players. Speaking at The Game Awards 2021 ceremony on December 9th to present the award for best art management, Del Toro said he also loved Silent Hill art management and hoped for a new play. Del Toro’s new statement came after the actors, who perceived it as a Silent Hill project involving the director.
Del Toro said he wanted to remind Konami that this game existed, that he was kind of poking them; “I just wanted to tickle Konami about it, because I don’t understand. It was so perfect, what we were going to do was so fascinating,” he said, expressing how important the cancelled project was to him.
