The Halo: The Master Chief Collection edition, which is offered to players by 343 Industries and includes games from the Halo series, can have microtransactions with a new update. Microtransactions include in-game cosmetics, weapons, items and more, as well as on the mobile game side. You can also see microtransactions in the Assassin’s Creed series.
343 Industries is currently considering adding microelements to Halo: The Master Chief Collection. After the next update, Season Points will now be renamed Spartan Points, which can be earned in-game. In addition, the option to purchase Spartan Points for real money will be included in the game.
Community writer Alex Wakeford noted in a new blog post on the Halo Waypoint website (via Video Games Chronicle): “343 Industries welcomes the idea of adding microtransactions to Halo: The Master Chief Collection. He’s doing research on this. It seems that this will appeal to players who are new to the game and especially do not have time to unlock seasonal rewards.”
