Thus, we will be able to preserve both the main canon and the television story, evolve both and enable them to move forward in their own media without interfering with each other,” Wolfkill said, making no secret of his satisfaction with the decision.
The Halo universe isn’t just about games. He’s got a lot of books, comic books, even anime series. All of this takes place in the same universe, and trying to connect the TV series directly could make it difficult to understand the series, and the mistakes were very clear.
