Publisher Phoenixx and developer Shikaku Games announced that Hifuu Fragment, project Touhou and based on visual novels, will debut for PC on Steam on July 17. The game will only support Japanese and Simplified Chinese language options when it debuts.
Hifuu Fragment was first released for PC via Booth and Melonbooks in March 2020.
