As Steam Deck reviews start to arrive, users’ excitement increases. How do you think the next-generation handheld console, which for now seems to deliver different performances in different games, runs Red Dead Redemption 2, one of Steam’s biggest games?

Our colleagues on the PC-Gaming.it site, who are looking for answers to this question, conducted a thorough test with the review copy they received. Playing the first 15 minutes of Red Dead Redemption 2, the team demonstrated the capabilities of the Steam Deck and demonstrated the performance of the game.

Throughout the video, we see that FPS ranges from 40 to 55. On the other hand, at some points, it can be observed that the game is experiencing a decrease in graphical terms. Still, rdr2 seems to be running smoothly on the Steam Deck.
