Amazon, which is preparing for the most expensive series in history with Lord of the Rings, continues to work with the best possible names. This time, we got some good news from the studio that appealed to our ears, not our eyes. Howard Shore, the grandmaster who also composed the music for Lord of the Rings, will also perform the soundtrack to the series.
Shore will be the first big name to be included in the original films, Deadline first reported. As is known, neither director Peter Jackson nor an actor from the films are involved in this series. It’s much better that way than it was when it happened. Of all these names, Peter Jackson was undoubtedly the most gratifying name to be included in LOTR again, even though we put him in a separate place.
Some of the filming for Lord of the Rings was done in New Zealand. The studio then moved the set to an undisclosed location within the United Kingdom. The series has a release date of September 2, 2022, and its work has accelerated. With nearly a year to go before we watch the LOTR series, I hope Amazon doesn’t stay on the train and postpone the release date.
