Crytek is preparing to release a giant update for Hunt: Showdown. With this update, many technical problems in the game will be fixed and a lot of content is on the way. Many things, from the synchronization error in the game to the weapon bugs that have been used a lot recently, are among the problems that the new patch aims to solve.
Huge update for Hunt: Showdown is coming
The Hunt: Showdown 1.9 update is currently in trial on the game’s public test servers. Although the publication date is not yet clear, we have at least a lot of information about their contents. From new weapon skins to legendary new characters and map arrangements, many changes await players in the new update.
Crytek is also adjusting for gunfire, and they expect this to make it easier for us to distinguish between gunshots at long distances. At the same time, we will be able to more easily distinguish whether the shot is being fired indoors or outdoors. We can say that it will be an advantageous innovation for players who play the game by listening.

At the same time, if you’re suddenly exposed to unexpected teleportation events, the Hunt: Showdown 1.9 update aims to prevent that as well. However, two new legendary characters will also come to the game. These two characters, Bartender and Hawkshaw Jack, as well as the broken bottle item, will be added to the game. Players will use this item as a knife.
In addition, there are some map changes. After the update, some respawn points will be relocated. This arrangement to ensure in-game balance will be most prominently on the Kingsnake Mine map.
The duration of matches in the game is also reduced from 45 minutes to 30 minutes. That’s all there is to it for now, so you can read all the patch notes by clicking here .
