Illfonic, the producer of Friday the 13th: The Game and Predator Hunting Grounds, announced his new 4;e 1 multiplayer game Ghostbusters: Spirits Unleashed.
In the game, players will play together in the role of one of the four Ghostbusters; The player who is a ghost will be able to fly, teleport, get inside objects and call for helpful minions.
Players will be able to personalize the Ghostbusters and ghosts and improve their equipment and abilities.
I mean, if you ask me, it doesn’t sound like much fun, but when the game comes out, we’ll see how it reacts. The game’s release date has been announced as the last quarter of the year and will support gameplay across all platforms. The game, which will be exclusive to the Epic Games Store on PC, will also be available for PS4, PS5, Xbox One and Xbox Series.
The ghostbusters, which will be used from the game’s published screenshots, appear to be the original characters, but some members of the film cast will also be in the game with their voices and images. They are Ernie Hudson, who plays Winston Zeddemore; and Dan Aykroyd, who plays Ray Stanz.
