Bethesda Game Studios has confirmed that the dialogue system, which we also saw in the Starfield gameplay video on Xbox & Bethesda Showcase, is the only system in the game. So all the dialogue scenes in the game will be from a first-person perspective and our main character will not speak.
This was already a system we were used to in Bethesda games, but they tried to innovate in Fallout 4, and both the dialogue scenes were given from a third-person perspective and our main character participated in the dialogues with his voice. I don’t need to tell you how popular the mods that change that are.
A tweet from Bethesda Game Studios’ official Twitter account shows that there is no need to worry about this: “Yes, the dialogues in Starfield are first person and your character has no voice,” the message says.
During the event, we first watched our journey that started in the month of Kreet with Todd Howard’s presentation, and then we saw different aspects of Starfield such as building an outpost, designing a spaceship, and getting into dogfights in space.
Howard added that there are over 1000 navigable planets in the game, indicating how big the game world is.
