Halo Infinite players complain that the 20-second intro video that appears on the game’s loading screen is impeable. 20 seconds may actually sound like a short time, but it’s not at all, especially considering that the game is already loaded in the background and you waste time for nothing every time.
Fortunately for those who play the game on Steam, there is an easy way to get rid of this intro: delete the video file.
Jason Lamb discovered this method on Twitter and saw that both intro videos in Halo Infinite were kept as MP4 files in the folder where the game was founded. When you delete this logo video, the game will switch to the main menu as soon as the installation is complete.
On Steam, when you enter the folder where you set up the game, you will see a folder called videos. Just delete the mp4 file named intro here.
You can make a copy of the file before deleting it if you want, but if you forget, the missing files will be put back in place when you later use the “verify the integrity of game files” option.
