Publisher NIS America and developer Acquire have announced that the stealth-themed action game Kamiwaza: Way of the Thief will be released for PC on PlayStation 4, Switch and Steam in North America on October 11 and in Europe on October 14. As previously announced, the Acquire team will release the game in Japan on October 13.
Kamiwaza: Way of the Thief is a game that was originally released for PlayStation 2 in Japan on August 31, 2006. This new version will debut west and will be a remastered version of Kamiwaza.

Set in Japan’s Edo period, Kamiwaza stars players as Ebizo, an amateur thief who aims to steal from the rich and give to the poor. But during his first mission, he and his mentor, Ainosuke, witness their own men killing innocent civilians. Disappointed by these horrific murders, Ainosuke tells Enizio to flee.
