Kiyan Prince, who played for the Queens Park Rangers F.C youth team and was stabbed to death in 2006 while trying to break up a fight at the school, was added to the FIFA 21 squad on the anniversary of his death. Unfortunately, the memory of the footballer who passed away at a very young age will now be kept alive by the players in FIFA 21. His father, Dr. Mark Prince, set up a foundation to prevent children from committing knife crimes and continues to work.

Kiyan Prince will be listed as a QPR team member in FIFA 21 for the 2021-22 season and will also feature a special edition card for him. Kiyan Prince, who was created at the age of 30 using Deep Fake technology, will appear in the game at this age. Special effects studio Framestore has virtually recreated Kiyan, and images of the young footballer will also be displayed on billboards as part of an advertising campaign. QPR (Queens Park Rangers), the football club where he played for his youth team, also tweeted about Kiyan Prince.
“Kiyan Prince is coming back to life as a professional footballer who should be.”
Kiyan’s father, Dr. Prince, also founded the Kiyan Prince Foundation to educate young people about the consequences of knife crime. Then the QPR team changed the name of their stadium. “I want my son’s death remembered not for the tragedy, but for the triumph of his achievements,” the father said.
Kiyan Prince was added to FIFA 21, and his father said:
“Thanks to this campaign, I hope that the world will finally see Kiyan fulfil his incredible potential. We honor his talent and I hope we can inspire other children to honor their own talents – regardless of their abilities.””

“If a person playing FIFA sees this and lowers his knife, then we have been able to leave the legacy we want,” Les Ferninand, QPR’s director of football, told BBC Breakfast. Ferdinand also revealed that when he renamed the club’s stadium, they invited Kiyan’s father to speak to the team’s players.
He said: “The team was truly humbled in their determination to use their courage and pain to prevent others from having to walk the path Mark was walking. As a club, we have worked closely with the Kiyan Prince Foundation and during this time it has been an honour to get to know Mark on a personal level. What he’s going through is every parent’s worst nightmare and his reaction to a tragedy like this. It was really inspiring.”
And Dr. Mark Prince’s message for people who are prone to knife possession and crime was clear: “Do you really want to have the legacy of destroying families, brothers, communities?”
