Konami announces that the classic party game SUPER BOMBERMAN R 2 will hit the field like a bomb in 2023! The new game in the Super Bomberman R series reveals the next chapter of the Bomberman Brothers story in a brand new adventure where we save the galaxy.
With the new Battle Mode “Castle”, KONAMI takes the experience of party play to a new level, inviting players to use their creative genius to design their own bases, defend them against enemies, and share their designed bases with the world.

Welcome to the story of “8 Bomberman Brothers” and their new friend “Ellon”! The universe is once again under threat! The details of the scenario starring the new character “Ellon” and the single-player “Story Mode” will be announced in the coming days!
Castle: Fight in 1;on-15 asymmetrical battles in a new offensive defense mode! The defending player is tasked with creating the map and placing defensive traps to slow down attacking players who will try to break through defensive barricades. Defenders will have the help of a new type of character called Ellon to fend off attacking players.
Design Mode, “Level Editor”: Players will have different terrain options, wall placements, and defensive tricks to create new stages. Players will also be able to share their uniquely crafted levels with other players online.
SUPER BOMBERMAN R 2 will also include the Standard Battle Mode, Battle 64 and Grand Prix Battle Modes of the popular Super Bomberman R series.
