Konami today announced that they have extended their partnership with FC Bayern München. This handshake is an agreement that turns the cooperation that has been going on since July 2019 into a long-term partnership.
The partnership encompasses the club feature in KONAMI’s football simulation series eFootball, as well as the exciting partnership between Germany’s most successful club and one of the world’s most iconic gaming brands.
As the only football video game with the Allianz Arena, the home of FC Bayern, where the club is based on full-squad digital pitches, eFootball™ offers a detailed and in-depth club experience in the virtual world for FC Bayern fans. The club finished second in this season’s eFootball™ Championship Pro matches.
