When Konami forgot to renew his silenthill.com domain address, the address was purchased by someone else, and now when you enter the page, you see Masahiro Ito’s promise of remorse for Pyramid Head the other day.
This isn’t the first time Konami has forgotten to renew his domain address. In fact, you can’t help but wonder if even this is an indication that Konami doesn’t care much about Silent Hill anymore. In December 2019, the address of the silenthill.com went on sale for $9835 ;d, while Konami woke up after the sales announcement and managed not to lose the site. This time, Konami didn’t move fast enough.
When you enter silenthill.com , you can see Masahiro Ito’s soon-to-be famous tweet.
Ito, the artistic director of Silent Hill 2, is the designer of the iconic Pyramid Head, but he tweeted that because he thought the use of this creature in too many games made the concept of Pyramid Head cheaper. He made that statement, and then he deleted it.
