Konami announced in a statement that they have signed a long-term partnership agreement with AC Milan, one of the most established clubs in the Italian league. The company has previously announced co-operation with italian teams Atalanta and Napoli. The details of this long-term cooperation and the official statement made are as follows;

The partnership will officially take effect on July 1, 2022 and will cover a number of licensing rights, including AC Milan’s stadium, 3D face scans of players, especially at the San Siro, and fully licensed jerseys such as Home, Away and Goalkeeper. The integration process for license rights will begin from the summer of 2022. In addition, Konami became the first “Official Training Clothing Partner” in the history of AC Milan as part of the partnership. The men’s team’s training kit will include the eFootball logo on the front and will be released in the next few months along with other details of the partnership.
