League of Legends 2022 World Championship Begins!

 

The League of Legends 2022 World Championship begins. In the Play-In, a total of 12 teams, including our representative Denizbank Istanbul Wildcats, will fight to advance to the upper round of the championship.

The 12 teams that qualified for the pre-selection were divided into two groups of six teams. Each team will face all the other teams in its group once. After these matches, the first placed teams from both groups will automatically advance to the group stage. The 3rd and 4th placed teams will face off in a five-game series, and the winning teams will face the runners-up of the other group for the last two places in the group stage. These matches will determine the last two teams that will advance from the preliminary stage to the group stage. After the completion of all the matches in the preliminary stage, the four teams that have advanced to the next stage will be placed in the current group stage groups by lot.
