Publisher Walkabout and developers Atomic Wolf and L.INC announced on April 20 that they will release liberated: Enhanced Edition, an action adventure game for Xbox Series, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
The Xbox Series version of the game will have the following features. Liberated: Enhanced Edition will have 60 FPS and up to 1440p resolution support on Xbox Series S. The Xbox Series X version will include additional improvements, including 60 FPS, 2160p resolution, and faster load times.
Liberated is an interactive dystopian graphic novel told in comic book pages. The game consists of four parts and the story is shown from the perspective of different characters.
Gameplay 2.5D platform progresses as action, and story elements are presented to players with intense stylized and animated comic book frames, Quick Time Event sequences, and branching dialogues. The story focuses on the fate of a group of people who decide to oppose social order.
