Mass Effect: Legendary Edition offers the opportunity to re-experience the story of the first three Mass Effect games with technical improvements.
Mass Effect: Legendary Edition does not include mass effect 3’s multiplayer mode, but it looks like it may be added in the future.
Project director Mac Walters said earlier this year that multiplayer mode had been introduced to focus on improvements to single-player modes.
In an interview with CNet yesterday, Mac Walters said, “I would never say no to the addition of multiplayer mode. We want to see how legendary edition is received and what the demand for multiplayer is. Then we can ask ourselves if we have the resources and time to bring it to the level of quality that we and our fans want.”
Mass Effect: Legendary Edition is available on PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One and backward compatibility optimization on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series.
