Merle Dandridge played Marlene in both The Last of Us. The Japanese-American actor returns for the same role.
Marlene is the head of fireflies, the resistance movement that fought for freedom against the military.
Confirmed cast for the series so far: Joel (Pedro Pascal), Ellie (Bella Ramsey), Tommy (Gabriel Luna) and Marlene (Merle Dandridge).
Directed by Kantemir Balagov and written by Chernobyl creator Craig Mazin and Naughty Dog co-chairman Neil Druckmann, the project will cover naughty dog’s first play.
A release date has not yet been set.
