Xbox Game Studios and Kojima Productions have announced a partnership to develop a new game.
Kojima said of the game at the Xbox & Bethesda Games Showcase 2022 event: “Hello everyone, I’m Hideo Kojima. Yes, there was a game I’ve always wanted to make. This will be a completely new game. It’s a production that no one has ever played or seen before. I have been waiting for a long time to start developing such a game. With Microsoft’s latest cloud technology and the changing trend in the industry, I’ve rolled up my sleeves to make this never-before-seen concept. This game may take some time. But I’m looking forward to working with Xbox Game Studios. I hope to give you exciting news in the future. Thank you!”
