Mobile game studio Miniclip is acquiring mobile game developer Sybo.
As reported by VentureBeat, Sybo’s Subway Surfers game has reached more than 1.8 billion downloads on mobile devices to date.
Additionally, Miniclip has acquired Masomo, Eight Pixels, Gamebasics, Green Horse Games, Supersonic Software since 2019. In March of this year, the game company opened a new studio in Lisbon, Portugal.
SYBO was founded by Sylvester Rishøj Jensen and Bodie Jahn-Mulliner. Its headquarters are located in Copenhagen, Denmark.
Miniclip is a free browser gaming website based in Switzerland. Released in 2001, it has a large and diverse collection of games.
