On March 26, 2021( for now), the nintendo switch-exclusive game sold 6 million copies in just one month, surpassing Street Fighter V on Capcom’s all-time sales list. Street Fighter V sold 5.2 million as of the end of February.

If Monster Hunter Rise sells another 300,000 (which is only a matter of time), it will be the best-selling single-platform game in Capcom history. So we can take that for granted now.

Monster Hunter World sold 7.5 million in 40 days. Monster Hunter Rise sold 6 million copies in 33 days, although it was only on Switch. This is another detail that demonstrates the strength of both the Monster Hunter brand and Capcom.

Monster Hunter Rise will also arrive on PC in early 2022, and then we can say that sales will once again fly.
