Monster Notebook is taking firm steps towards becoming a global technology brand emerging from Turkey. The company, which started its operations in Europe in recent years with the experience store opened in Berlin, the capital of Germany, announced that it changed its brand in the international market to Tulpar .
Monster Notebook, which opened abroad with the aim of becoming “a world brand coming out of Turkey”, accelerated its European operations launched in September 2020. Delivering high-performance hardware configurations to technology enthusiasts with the principle of unconditional user satisfaction, the company distinguishes itself from its foreign competitors with its strong technical services and extraordinary after-sales support applications and increases its awareness in the market day by day. Attracting attention with its projects that contribute to the technology and gaming ecosystem, the company aims to carry the successes it has achieved in the category of gaming computers in Turkey to the world, primarily in the German market.
The company, which has decided to renew its brand abroad within the scope of its globalization strategy, will operate with the Tulpar brand inspired by the mythological flying horse Tulpar in its overseas operations.
Göktuğ Okan Oğuz, CMO of Monster Notebook, who made a statement on the subject, said, “As Monster Notebook, we develop the latest technology hardware configurations so that players of all levels can have the best gaming experience in the digital game world, which is developing more and more every year, and we promise a new generation experience to our users. We continue our efforts to achieve our leadership in the Turkish market in our operations abroad without slowing down. In line with our globalization strategy, we will continue our way with the Tulpar brand from now on.
While making this change, our aim was to distinguish our brand, which came out of Turkey and is on the way to becoming a world brand, from other brands operating in the international market and bearing a name similarity with us. As you know, ‘Monster’ is a universal name, it means monster. In the international market, there are dozens of companies operating in various sectors that have been using the Monster name for many years. This can create various difficulties when entering the market for a brand that is stepping into a new market and is not yet recognized. As a brand that attaches great importance to customer experience, we wanted to avoid possible confusion and walk our own path with Tulpar, a Monster Notebook brand. Tulpar, our flagship product, has been with tens of thousands of technology enthusiasts to date. In our global communications so far, we have observed that the Tulpar brand is more easily accepted than our other brands. For this reason, we wanted to accelerate our global expansion by making this change in advance. Our strategy towards globalization will accelerate with the strong wings of Tulpar.”
