Ed Boon, creator of mortal kombat and injustice series, will attend this month’s DC FanDome event. This news, of course, has raised the question of whether players will be “shown something new.” However, while we will see something about NetherRealm’s new game at this event, it is said that this will not be Injustice 3.
If you recall, Jeff Grubb said some time ago that NetherRealm was focused on Mortal Kombat 12 instead of Injustice 3. Ed Boon is presumed to have joined dc fandome because of the movie Injustice, but no one will ever say no to a new game.
The reason there is no progress on Injustice 3 is because of the uncertainty about the future of WB Games. As a result, Injustice 3 is a game based on licensed characters, and in the event of a dispute with WB Games, the game will be seriously injured.
Dc FanDome has announced that it will join suicide squad: Kill the Justice League, the play director, Selton Hill of Rocksteady; and Patrick Redding, director of the Gotham Knights. Both games will be shown at the event.
