Nacon announced the acquisition of Ishtar Games, the developer of The Last Spell and Dead series. The reason for the purchase is to develop and offer independent games with high potential.
In addition to developing their own original productions, such as lakeburg legacies, the Ishtar Games team will partner with various independent studios to create a vast catalog of independent games.
Ishtar Games president, co-founder and creative director Matthieu Richez will continue to lead the studio.
