Naughty Dog decided to release the official gameplay video from The Last Us Part Remake after various leaks. Following previously leaked videos and footage, Naughty Dog developers said such leaks were disappointing.
In the 10-minute video released, both new features are seen and details about the gameplay are mentioned. It is also possible to see the interview with the directors of The Last of Us in this video.
Thanks to the more powerful hardware of the new generation, the visual side of the game will be much more realistic, and the transition from cinematics to gameplay will be smoother.
“Thanks to motion mapping technology, character animations will flow more realistically, which will also increase the believability of the characters and their interactions with the world,” it says.
Naughty Dog has also added permanent death and speedrun-focused modes to the game, as well as unlockable costumes for Joel and Ellie.
