New information continues to come in for NBA 2K23, which was announced recently and will be released on September 9. It was announced that the legendary basketball player would decorate the cover of the Michael Jordan Edition and the limited edition NBA 2K23 Championship Edition of the game. Today, it was announced that Devin Booker will be included in the standard editions. New information and details about the game are as follows;
NBA 2K23 will grace the shelves on September 9
Devin Booker, the star of the Phoenix Suns, who was selected to the 2021-22 Kia All-NBA First Team and was named to the three-time All-Star team, will grace the cover of this year’s Standard Edition and Digital Deluxe Edition versions. Michael Jordan, a six-time NBA Champion and five-time Kia NBA Most Valuable Player award, will also be featured on the cover of NBA 2K23 Michael Jordan Edition and the new NBA 2K23 Championship Edition versions.
Devin Booker said, “When I saw myself on the cover of the game, my dreams came true. As a great NBA 2K player since childhood, it seems like a dream to me to be on the cover of a game where only basketball legends can take place. I’m also proud to have Michael Jordan, who completely changed basketball and looked up to us, and Diana Taurasi and Sue Bird, two of the WNBA’s greatest players ever, on the cover of the game.”
This year, NBA 2K23 will be available in four different versions, both in physical and digital format. These will be the all-new and exclusive Championship Edition, which includes the Standard Edition, the cross-platform Digital Deluxe Edition, the Michael Jordan Edition, and a 12-month NBA League Pass membership. All versions available for pre-order will be available on September 9.

Players living in the U.S. and Canada will be able to purchase the WNBA Edition version of the exclusive NBA 2K23. On the cover of the game are the Phoenix Mercury’s Diana Taurisi, who was twice named the most valuable player of the Kia WNBA Finals, a three-time WNBA Champion, the WNBA’s all-time top scorer and five Olympic gold medalists, and the Seattle Storm’s four-time NBA champion, 13-time WNBA All-Star team and WNBA’s all-time all-time assists player Sue Bird, who was selected to the WNBA All-Star team and has five Olympic gold medalists. The WNBA edition will include Sue Bird and Diana Taurasi’s WNBA kits in in-game bonus content. In addition, NBA 2K aims to support greater representation of women in basketball.
