Chinese gaming firm NetEase recorded continued growth in its financial report for fiscal 2021, particularly in its online gaming services and commercial operations.
The publisher reported net sales for the 12-month period rose 21.24% from the previous year to $13.7 billion.
Profit increased by 21.6% to $7.3 billion for 2021, compared to $6 billion in 2020.
Revenue from the company’s online gaming services rose 18% from the previous year to $9.8 billion, the report said.
The company also attributed increases in profits to the release of games such as Naraka: Bladepoint and Harry Potter: Magic Awakened.
