Capcom has seen such a rise in the Resident Evil brand in recent years that it is possible to see a Resident Evil story not only in the gaming world, but also in the economy, cinema, anywhere. Capcom, which is preparing to make the series an animated series with Netflix, didn’t stop there. Again, a live Resident Evil series is coming on Netflix. The cast of the new Raccoon City series has also been announced. The most intriguing of them all was Lence Reddick, who will play Albert Wesker.
In addition to Reddick, Ella Balinska, Tamara Smart, Siena Agudong, Adeline Rudolph and Paola Nunez were announced as the show’s other bone cast members. We don’t yet know who will perform the other roles besides the Wesker role. The highlight of the show’s announcement is that we’re going to see a new version of Racoon City. We don’t have a lot of details about it. The series is expected to begin airing in late 2021 or 2022 at the earliest. Netflix, however, has not commented on that either.
