With its fourth season, Stranger Things has managed to put a smile on the faces of fans again. This success of the series, which is one of the most popular productions of Netflix, seems to be crowned in the next Emmy awards. Stranger Things‘ nominations, which have been nominated in 13 categories, bring some interesting things.
There are no actor awards on the list, which includes nominations such as Best Drama Series and Best Drama Series Casting. So the Emmy jury put Stranger Things as a masterpiece as a series, but didn’t nominate any actors in it. Of course, this situation has attracted a serious reaction from fans, especially on social media.
Overall, HBO’s drama series Succession left its mark on this year with a total of 25 nominations. Succession is followed by Apple’s Ted Lasso and HBO’s The White Lotus with 20 nominations.
Other productions nominated in 10 or more categories were Hacks (17), Only Murders in the Building (17), Euphoria (16), Barry (14), Dopesick (14), Severance (14), Squid Game (14), Ozark (13), Stranger Things (13), The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel (12) and Pam & Tommy (10).
In this year’s nominations, HBO productions were nominated in 108 categories, while Netflix was nominated in 105 categories.
