The Division 2 hasn’t had new content in a very long time. When The Division: Warlords of New York came out two years ago, it was backed up by new seasons and content for a year. Massive then promised new content, including a brand new game mode for The Division 2.
This content was postponed until 2022, but this did not happen, although it was said in January that it would be promoted. In fact, this new mode was supposed to be released in February, and that didn’t happen.
That expected announcement has just been made, and tom clancy’s the division 2 has been given a May 12 date for the new content. Season 9: Hidden Alliance will also feature the new PvE mode Countdown.
Captain Lewis, a former Division commander who broke his oath with Hidden Alliance and became a traitor, is also emerging as the new enemy target.
Ubisoft will continue to support The Division 2 for the rest of the year, and we’ll see Seasons 10 and 11 later this year.
