IGN shared a new gameplay video from Resident Evil Village’s Mercenaries mode.
In Mercenaries mode, players will try to complete increasingly challenging goals before time runs out. The Duke trader in the main game will appear in this mode and offer players weapons and upgrades to help overcome challenges. In addition, players will be able to acquire abilities that improve their weapons or physical abilities, and it will be up to the player to determine what is most effective for each goal.
Mercenaries mode will open after completing the main story.
Resident Evil Village is released on May 7 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC.
