It’s World Pokemon Day, dear Gamers! On February 27, 1996, Pokemon Red and Blue, which debuted in Japan under the name Pocket Monsters at the time, became a brand that shook the world in the intervening years. Nintendo, which also celebrated its 26th Pokemon Day with great enthusiasm, also detonated its big bomb at the end of the event. The new generation of Pokemon is officially coming at the end of this year. Pokemon Scarlet and Pokemon Violet will be games of the new era. However, while we don’t know anything about them yet, the first images from the new era’s inset Pokemon have also appeared as a Pokemon Day gift.

What makes me most happy and surprised by this announcement is that the games will be released at the end of this year. Considering that legends: Arceus and I have switched to a new game engine, scarlet &violet; With its brand new dynamics and open world, Arceus was the first seed of that expected change. With the next generation, I hope we’ll go further. Along with Scarlet & Violet, the ninth generation of Pokemon will also appear. The previous generation was introduced with Sword & Shield in 2019, so after nearly three years we will see fresh new Pokemon.

But these start-up Pokemon didn’t seem very electable to me. The grass one looks a bit cute but for water and fire I hope its improved forms have a more “cool” shape. Otherwise, finding a Squirtle somewhere and moving on the old-fashioned way is always an option! Scarlet & Violet, which was announced in the final term of 2022, has managed to excite me with arceus’ valuable heritage. I’m looking forward to the gameplay and details about the new Pokemon.
