Rockstar is releasing a new GTA 5 update that will offer a solution to some bugs for the next generation of consoles. This update also includes important troubleshooting for older and next-generation consoles.
New GTA 5 update adds motion blur to PS5 and Xbox Series X/S consoles
The patch’s highlight is the addition of a slider for the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S consoles, where you can turn motion blur on and off. So now you’ll be able to remove the feature completely. The update also fixes a variety of bugs, including several freezing and crash errors on all console platforms.
The update fixes an issue in Xbox Series X/S that causes users to get stuck on the alert screen when they select “Quick Resume.” Moreover, the patch targets the error when you are in a voice chat group where you don’t hear the game audio and only the radio audio is heard.
It also resolves an issue that caused the Game to get stuck on the Rockstar logo screen when starting the game on the PS4 and Xbox One consoles, and the issue that caused GTA Online progress to not be saved. You can check out the GTA 5 new update patch notes in detail on rockstar by clicking here .
